The main purpose of the Horizon School is to provide learning programms, which will be developed based on curricula approved by the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology, but consistently including an identifying element of the school’s educational work.

Our mission is to discover the potential of each child, through professional and quality education. Golden generations of pre-university education to go through the doors of knowledge of the Horizon School, with the highest dedication and ethics of learning.

Our vision for the coming years is to continue to be a leader of the pre-primary, primary, and secondary education in the City of Peja and in the region of Dukagjin, by further advancing and enriching our learning programme, with experiences, competitions, and international programms, as well to win all local science competitions and to be competitors in the central level.

Our school believes that students learn best when they feel safe, valued and happy. Our staff is dedicated to providing an environment that nurtures personal growth and self-esteem. All members of the school community have equal rights and responsibilities, these are best ensured when school rules are accepted and followed.

These are the values that form our school:

  • Learning and Education – we believe that learning and education are two different elements that complement each other and are very important for the development of students.
  • Integrity – we value strength of character, honesty and courage, guided by a strong moral code of conduct.
